ARRIVAL
We ask that you arrive at least five minutes prior to your treatment to complete a consultation form and to settle into your treatment area. If you are late your treatment time will be shortened.
HEALTH & ALLERGIES
Please let us know if you have any major health problems, disabilities or allergies, so we can provide the safest treaments for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The appointment time put aside is only for you and difficult to fill at short notice. Please be considerate by giving at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. A credit card number will be required to secure your booking. No shows will incur payment of the total treatment cost. Gift vouchers will be void.
ATTIRE
Wear comfortable clothing, so you can really relax. Disposable underwear is supplied for body treatments. Open toe shoes are recommended if you are having your toes painted, and loose clothing for tanning.
GIFT HELLO
Give a gift that won’t be forgotten. Gift vouchers must be presented on arrival. Gift voucher’s are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
GROUP BOOKINGS
We cater for hen’s days, bridal parties etc. Please ask us how we can help to make your special days truly memorable. For couples and friends who want to experience their treatment together a double room is available.
